Questions homeowners ask
How thick should a concrete pad be?
It depends on what sits on it. A shed pad and a pad for a loaded trailer are not the same load, so we size it at the estimate.
Can you run power or water to it?
We set conduit sleeves under the slab before the pour so an electrician or plumber can run lines later without cutting concrete.
How soon can I put weight on it?
Walk on it after a day or two. Wait the full 28-day cure before setting anything heavy on it. We leave you the dates.
