How we build it

Finished by hand, by the same crew that poured it

The photo is a real pour. Four people on their knees getting the surface right before it sets. That is what "family-owned" looks like on the day: the people you met at the estimate are the people finishing your driveway.

Base prep is the part you never see and the part that decides whether it cracks. We compact it, set rebar on chairs, and pour at the depth the load needs.

Questions homeowners ask

How long before I can drive on it?

Walk on it after 24 to 48 hours. Park a car after 7 days. Heavy trucks and RVs, wait the full 28-day cure. We leave you a card with the dates.

Do you take out the old driveway?

Yes. Demo, haul-away and disposal are included in the quote. You do not have to arrange anything.

Why does concrete crack in Colorado Springs?

Freeze-thaw. Water gets into the slab, freezes, expands, and pushes outward, more than a hundred times a winter. Base prep, depth, air-entrained mix and joint spacing are how you stop it. We wrote it up in plain English.

Broom finish or stamped?

Broom is the standard, grippy finish that most driveways use. Stamped and coloured takes more labour on the day and changes how the whole front of the house reads. We can show you both on site.
